Apple has officially started seeding out iOS Beta 2 (build 12A4297e) for its iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini, and the iPod Touch 5G devices, implementing several bug fixes, performance enhancements as well as a bunch of new features. You can download this update either through the iOS dev centre or via the direct download links given below (if don’t happen to be a registered Apple developer).
Apple iOS Beta 2 brings a slew of changes for built-in apps, keyboard, Mail and Messages. The detailed changelog is as follows:
- Enhanced OS X integration through Continuity
- QuickType keyboard for iPad
- Safari now blocks appstore-redirecting ads
- Pinch to Tab feature in Safari
- iCloud Photos enhancement
- Pre-installed Podcast app
