Samsung has officially started seeding out a new firmware update (build N9005XXUFNF4) for the international LTE variant of its Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005) smartphone in the UK as an OTA (over-the-air) package. Sized at around 185 MB, this firmware brings several Samsung-exclusive goodies including the Download Booster, Kids Mode (installer), as well as v2.0 update for Samsung KNOX.

Since this is an OTA update and given the fact that we do not have its download links yet, you’ll have to wait for a few days before it makes its way to your phone. If you’re in too big a hurry, you can try mashing the update button in Settings > General > About phone > Software updates as much as you like. Changelog
Apart from the addition of Download Booster and Kids Mode, users have noticed improved battery life, faster performance and smoother UI animations after installing this update. Samsung also appears to have made KNOX v2.0 look a bit more streamlined now.
