Following on the footsteps of Verizon, T-Mobile has also started taking pre-orders for the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, becoming the second carrier network to offer this tablet in US. It is officially hitting the shelves on July 23 for a price tag of $384 off-contract.
Officially unveiled last month, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is built around an 8.0-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. It is powered by quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz (based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC). Rest of the specs sheet includes 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable internal memory and 3MP rear camera. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It is backed up by a mid-range 4450 mAh battery that should provide enough juice for normal everyday usage.
You can pre-order your T-Mobile Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 here. Shipments will kick off as early as July 16 and it is expected to arrive in the market on July 23.
