Nearly three weeks after the release of an obscure KitKat firmware (B127SP02) for Ascend P7, an update to that firmware is being pushed out in a few European regions under build number B133SP01 (V100R001C00B133SP01). The Android version still sticks with v4.4.2 KitKat but it does offer some new features like Smart Cover mode, new Sound settings, bug-fixes for native apps, as well as other performance and feature enhancements to improve system stability. You can download update through the direct links given below.

What’s more, just download the firmware package, extract “Update.app” file from the package, place it inside a new folder named “dload” inside the SD card, and apply it on any P7-L10 simply by navigating to Settings → System Update → Local Update. If that doesn’t work, reboot your device while holding Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously.
Please do note that you should always create a just-in-case system backup first. We won’t be held liable for any kind of data loss or bricked firmware.
