Nearly three weeks after the release of an obscure KitKat firmware (B127SP02) for Ascend P7, an update to that firmware is being pushed out in a few European regions under build number B133SP01 (V100R001C00B133SP01). The Android version still sticks with v4.4.2 KitKat but it does offer some new features like Smart Cover mode, new Sound settings, bug-fixes for native apps, as well as other performance and feature enhancements to improve system stability. Download Android 4.4.2 (v4.9.16) Firmware for Honor 3C [All Variants]
Right on par with its fortnightly update cycle, Huawei has gone public with the new v4.9.16 developmental firmware update based on EMUI 2.3 with Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS for Honor 3C users in China. This update further refines the general user experience with a slew of stability updates meant to improve Backup utility, Radio, File operations, as well as to fix a couple of other minor bugs.

Verizon Galaxy S5 Receives G900VVRU1ANI2 Android 4.4.4 KitKat Update
Samsung has seeded another Android 4.4.4 KitKat firmware update (build KTU84P.G900VVRU1ANI2) for the Verizon Galaxy S5 G900V meant to fix a couple of OS-related issues caused by the last update. This update also throws in a few feature upgrades including support for Verizon’s upcoming Advanced Calling 1.0 (VoLTE) functionality, new tracking features for S-Health, option to turn off Camera shutter sound, etc.
Apart from the listed features and bug-fixes, it should improve performance and overall system stability too. This update is currently being rolled out over the air in US and – as usual – it’ll take some time before it hits your device.
