Following a ridiculously long interval, Sprint has finally begun the rollout of Android 4.4.4 KitKat update (VPU1ANK4) for its Galaxy S5 (SM-G900P) over the air and KIES. You can download G900PVPU1ANK4’s Odin-flashable Tar package using the direct download link given below.
The official changelog of VPU1ANK4 states that apart from bumping the OS version to v4.4.4 KitKat this update will also add Google’s new security patches, support for international Wifi calling, and a new HD Voice icon. Here are the complete technical details of the firmware package.

This update, given its OTA status, is being rolled out in stages and it will take some time to reach your phone. You can manually perform an update check by going to Settings » System » System Update » Update now and then tap “OK”. If an update is available then follow the onscreen instructions to finalize its installation.
