The TWRP update package is actually a full system backup (dump) of the update that can be used to used to update those devices to Lollipop that have lost their stock KitKat recovery. This package is totally untouched, comes without root and Busybox, and will restore the original Lollipop recovery if you want. Just download the aforementioned TWRP dump, extract “2014-11-30–23-35-25 LRX21P.L004” folder and copy it to SDcard > TWRP > Backups > [Device-Name], reboot into Recovery Mode and use the restore feature to pull the package into your system.
If you’re on the stock recovery then you can easily apply the second (OTA) package using that recovery.
That’s all for now. Stay tuned for more updates!
