HTC has dispatched the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update (version 4.16.401.10) for the European One M8 variant via OTA. This update package weighs around 780 MB and is slightly heaver than the Malaysian OTA that got rolled out last week. You got to have your stock KitKat recovery intact with the v3.28.401.9 firmware in order to apply this OTA. After downloading this OTA, copy it to your phone’s storage, reboot into recovery mode and install the package.
