You know the drill:
- Make sure your One M8 is running fully stock 6.14.206.2 KitKat firmware.
- Copy the downloaded OTA package to your phone’s internal storage.
- Reboot into the stock KitKat recovery and choose “apply from phone storage” option from the menu.
- Locate the OTA package and select it to start the installation.
- It’ll take your phone a while – after that follow the onscreen instructions and you’re good to go!
