European Huawei P9 (EVA-L09) users can now also downgrade their devices from the new Nougat update back to stock Marshmallow-based EMUI 4.1 firmware – thanks to the official rollback package, B300, published online by Huawei.

Downgrading Instructions
Note: This rollback package is only intended for the European variants carrying a C432 based firmware. For other regions refer to the post linked above.
Step 1. Download the downgrade package and extract it on your computer.
Step 2. Take a full backup off your important data through HiSuite or Huawei backup app.
Step 3. Copy the extracted dload folder to the top level directory of the external microSD card of your device.
Step 4. Now turn your phone off then reboot by holding Volume Down + Volume up + Power keys until the installation starts.
Step 5. Upon startup, your firmware version should now be B300.
Step 6. Download any Marshmallow firmware available for your device and copy its full Update.app package to the same dload folder you copied to the external microSD card in Step 3 (remove the previous Update.app file).
Step 7. Finally install the Marshmallow firmware by turning it off and rebooting it by holding Vol down + Vol up + Power for a couple of seconds.
