The Middle Eastern Huawei Mate 8 is getting its first Android 7.0 Nougat beta update (version B520) via OTA. This build is only being pushed out to devices registered in Huawei’s beta-testing program but you can easily download the firmware captured from their servers and install it on your device manually.

How to Update
Note: This update is an early beta that carries a slew of bugs and many hardware features can be faulty or non-functional so it is not recommended that it be used as a daily driver. Proceed at your own risk!
This update can be installed via TWRP only which requires an unlocked bootloader. In TWRP, simply flash the entire update.zip package it as a Zip and perform a factory reset afterwards.
