How to Update
Disclaimer: As this update is currently in beta stage and is being released in multiple files, you might have trouble installing it on your phones. Moreover, this build carries bugs that can impact the usability and performance of your phone so proceed entirely at your own risk!
TWRP Method
- Check your phone’s model number and download the appropriate update.zip and cust packages from the links provided above.
- Copy the downloaded “update.zip” and “update_full_hw_eu.zip” files to your phone.
- Now turn your phone off and reboot into TWRP.
- Before proceeding, take a full backup of all the partitions and store it in the external microSD card.
- After that, simply go to install and flash the “update.zip” package. When done, install the EU Cust package “update_full_hw_eu.zip” in the same way.
- Finally, return to the main menu and reboot your phone normally.
Stock Recovery (dload) Method
- Download both the zip packages available for your device model and extract them on your PC. Both these packages will give an UPDATE.APP file.
- Connect your phone to the computer and create a new folder “dload” in the external SD card.
- Copy the UPDATE.APP package extracted from the “update.zip” package to the newly created dload folder.
- Now turn off your phone and reboot by holding Vol down + Vol up + Power for a few seconds to start the upgrade process.
- Once your phone boots up, replace the UPDATE.APP package from dload folder with the UPDATE.APP package extracted from the cust package “update_full_hw_eu.zip”.
- Finally, install this package by repeating Step 4.
