Google Rolls Out Android 4.4.4 KitKat (Build KTU84P) to Nexus Users
Surprise! Google has just pushed out a new Android 4.4.4 KitKat (Build KTU84P) OTA update for its Nexus devices, bringing some minor security updates and a few bug-fixes. Its factory images and binaries have already been uploaded by Google on the official Developers page.
According to some unofficial changelogs, KTU84P is pushed out to fix a serious OpenSSL security bug, which could let a hacker exploit SSL/TLS servers and clients by a MITM (man-in-the-middle) attack. There might be some other unknown changes we are not yet aware of. [Read more…]
