Samsung has officially started seeding out the long-awaited Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware update (build I9192XXUCNG2) for its Galaxy S4 Mini Duos (GT-I9192) in Russia via OTA. Its complete firmware details and direct download links are given below.

Just like other KitKat updates from Samsung, this firmware also brings wireless printing support, new Emoji icons, revamped app layout, White Status Bar icons, lockscreen camera shortcut, choice of default messaging app, album art display in lockscreen, support for closed captions in videos, as well as improved overall performance and stability.
