Huawei has finally released a stable Lollipop update for all its Ascend Mate 7 variants in China. You can download this update’s full firmware package for your Mate 7 variant below.
After a few weeks of beta-testing, Huawei has finally released the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for its Mate 7 in Europe. This update is currently being released over the air in Germany but we’ve already posted the OTA Zip package in our previous article. In this post, we’re sharing some noticeable changes that have been reported till now.
Ascend Mate 7 (UL00, CL00, TL00 & TL10) owners can now update their devices to B122SP06 Emotion UI 3.0 developmental firmware based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. No changelog has been provided with it yet but we do believe it to offer improved performance and system stability. You can download B122SP06 firmware for your Mate 7 variant below.
Two variants of Huawei Ascend Mate 7 – MT7-CL00 and MT7-TL10 – have been updated to firmware version B121SP05 based on Emotion UI 3.0 and Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. This build is completely stable and, although there isn’t any changelog yet, you should experience a major improvement in performance and usability after the update. Just as you’d expect, Huawei has baked a new firmware update (version B120SP07) for Chinese and international variants of its Ascend Mate 7 flagship smartphone (MT7-UL00, MT7-CL00, MT7-TL10 & MT7-TL00). This update is fully stable and can be downloaded for said devices through the download links given below.
