Sony Xperia Z2 LTE D6503 has received a new firmware update (23.0.1.A.3.12) in Taiwan that, well, probably brings in some minor bug-fixes, performance improvements and stability patches aimed at improving general system usability – there isn’t any official changelog yet. As always here is the FTF file of 23.0.1.A.3.12 firmware flashable through Xperia Flashtool.
Sony has seeded a minor new firmware update, build 23.0.1.A.3.9, for the German Xperia Z2 D6503 on O2 carrier networks (other operators are expected to follow soon). You can download its FTF file through the direct download link given below that can be easily applied with Xperia Flashtool.

Sony recently went online with a new firmware update (version 17.1.2.A.0.323) based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat for Xperia Z2 (D6503) devices on Vodafone network in several countries including Germany, United Kingdom and Spain. The FTF file for this update is now available and can be download through the direct download links given below in this article.
This update doesn’t come with any changelog so you can expect the usual “performance and stability enhancements”.
