Sony Xperia Z2 D6503 has received a new update (version 23.4.A.1.200) in Nordic Combined region. Apparently this firmware is only available via the PC Companion and it appears to have all Stagefright vulnerabilities unfixed. You can download this firmware’s FTF below.
Sony Xperia Z2 D6503 is receiving a minor new firmware update (build 23.2.A.1.62) based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop on T-Mobile and Cosmote networks in a number of regions including Croatia, Austria, Greece, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and Macedonia. The FTF for T-Mobile Croatia is available below.
You can now download the FTF package of the new 23.0.1.A.0.167 Android 4.4.4 KitKat firmware released by Sony for the LTE-A variant of Xperia Z2 (D6503) using the download links given below. This update features lots of new UI elements and feature enhancements like Ultra STAMINA Mode, Bluetooth Unlock, DSEE HX technology for Walkman, smart screen rotation, Hi-Res Audio playback and compatibility with Dualshock 4 wireless controller.
Sony has finally seeded the Android 4.4.4 KitKat firmware (build 23.0.1.A.0.167) update to its Xperia Z2 (D6503, D6502) all around the globe bringing tons of new feature updates and enhancements for native Xperia apps (full changelog given below). This update package is being delivered via OTA but you can also download its FTF file through direct links given below.
In addition to Germany, Sony has also rolled out the new 17.1.2.A.0.323 Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Xperia Z2 LTE (D6503) users on Vodafone carrier network in United Kingdom. If you haven’t received this update via OTA yet, then you can download its FTF package using these download links and flash it on your phone manually using the latest version of Flash tool.
